- 1 teaspoon margarine or butter
- 2 tablespoons of sugar

Instructions steps:
- To prepare Turkish coffee cake, first set the oven to 180 degrees. The desired cake mold is greased and floured.
- Mix the flour, baking soda, sugar, and salt in the mixing bowl and let it sit.
- Heat the oil, margarine, cocoa, Turkish coffee, cinnamon, and a glass of water in a small pan, but do not let it boil.
- Pour this mixture over the flour and gently mix the ingredients together with a spoon.
- Finally, add the eggs, yogurt, and vanilla, mix well with a wire whisk, and transfer to the cake mold.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30–40 minutes (since the temperature of each oven is different, check it with a toothpick and adjust the baking time accordingly).
- Let the baked cake cool in the mold for 10 minutes, then cool it on a wire rack.
- Prepare the chocolate after it has cooled completely.
- Put the ingredients of the chocolate sauce into a small pan, heat it over low heat until the chocolate melts, and mix well.
- Transfer it to a sandwich bag, cut off the corner, and drizzle the chocolate over the cake.
- Sprinkle Turkish coffee on the cake using a tea strainer. I think you will like this amazing coffee cake recipe. Bon Appetit in advance.
Tips for coffee cake
- Prepare ingredients at room temperature.
- Preheat the oven in which you will bake your cake. You should also adjust the cooking time and temperature, considering your own oven.
- Don’t open your oven door for the first 20 minutes after putting your cake in the oven.
- If you slice your cake while it’s hot, it may fall apart. It will be better to slice it when it reaches room temperature.
