Classic French Crêpes

Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1/2 cup of milk.
1/2 cup of water.
1/4 teaspoon of salt.
2 tablespoons melted butter.
Instructions:
1. Prepare the batter.
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and eggs. Stir in the milk and water gradually, until well combined. Add the salt and melted butter, then beat until smooth.
2. Heat the pan:
Heat a lightly oiled nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat.
3. Cook the crepes:
Pour approximately 1/4 cup of the batter into the pan. Tilt the pan in a circular motion to ensure the batter covers the entire surface evenly.
Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is lightly browned. Loosen with a spatula, flip, and cook the other side.
Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
