Ginger Turmeric Tea with Cinnamon and Clove
1. Fresh Turmeric ( if possible )
2. Ginger: one inch piece
3. Clove: 3 or 4 pieces
4. Cinnamon: 2 inches
5. Water: 2 cups
6. Black Pepper: 4 or 5 pieces
Procedure
Take two cups of water in a pan , add all the ingredients in it and put on heat for at least 10 to 15 minutes .
Keep boiling until water remains half full.
Use a strainer to strain the tea
Use twice a day for the best result.
