Buffalo Wings is everyone’s favorite finger food; it’s crispy on the exterior, juicy on the inside, and tossed with the spicier buffalo sauce. It is served with a great ranch sauce and a side dip that complements it. It can be served as an appetizer at family gatherings or as part of a weekend movie night, alongside burgers and chips.
INGREDIENTS
Wings, Cleaned And patted Dry : 1 Kg
Corn Flour: ½ cup
COATING BATTER
All-Purpose Flour: -1 cup
Paprika: 1 tablespoon.
Salt as per taste
Onion Powder: 1 Tbsp.
Black pepper powder: 1 teaspoon.
Garlic Powder: 1 Tbsp.
Water, as required
Oil to deep frying
BUTTER MILK
Milk, 1 cup
White vinegar: 2 tablespoons.
SOUR CREAM

Cream, ½ cup

Lemon Juice, 2 Tbsp.
RANCH SAUCE
-
Mayonnaise : 1 cup

Black pepper powder : 1 Tbsp.

Garlic Powder: 1 tablespoon.

Salt as per taste

Sour Cream, 1 cup

Buttermilk, 1 cup

Chopped parsley, 2 tablespoons.
WEDGES
Potatoes wedges and French beans as per taste
Ground Black pepper, 1 Tbsp.
Salt as per taste
BUFFALO WINGS SAUCE
- Butter, 3 Tbsp.
Chili Sauce ½ cup
Black Pepper powder, 1 Tbsp.
Garlic Powder, ½ teaspoon.
PREPARATION
In a mixing dish, coat the chicken wings with half a cup of corn flour, then set aside to dry for 10 minutes.
For buttermilk, combine milk and vinegar, whisk, and let stand for 8 minutes.
For sour cream, combine milk and lemon juice, stir, and let aside for 8 minutes.
To make ranch sauce, add mayonnaise, ground black pepper, chili garlic powder, salt, sour cream, buttermilk, and parsley in a bowl and mix well all the ingredients.
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, paprika, salt, onion powder, ground black pepper, and chili garlic powder. Add water and stir until a batter forms.
Coat the wings with batter. Heat the oil in a large pan and cook the coated wings till golden brown.
Add salt and ground black pepper to the potato wedges and French beans and toss until well covered.
In a deep saucepan, heat the oil and cook the potatoes till crispy and golden brown. French beans shallow fry for 2 min.
Heat the butter in a medium-sized pot, then add the chili sauce and mix well.
Now season with ground black pepper, salt, and chili garlic powder. Mix well.
Add the cooked wings and French beans and stir until fully coated.
